hang clean to front squat: 155 lbs.; 5x5 60% max clean
Romanian deadlifts: 175 lbs.; 3x10
dumbbell overhead squat: 50 lbs. 3x5 each hand
worked up to max Deadlift of 475 today. I don't feel this is my true max, I let my friend use the platform for cleans. 500 will be coming up in the very near future. : D
