Just starting Beta-Alanine...
I was just wondering if it would be a good idea to "load" for the first week and take an extra dose or two per day?
Also, I have been taking No-xplode for a few weeks and its pretty good, but would anybody recommend mixing the beta-alanine in with that? I got the beta-alanine powder because the value was just to good to pass up. The only thing is that they dont tell you how you sould take it. So I was thinking about mixing it with my pre-workout no-xplode and post workout shake.
