I've done almost nothing since the 19th. My rib was healing up well, but that evening, I was doing some light/no contact sparring and got kicked directly on the injured rib. It wasn't thrown hard, and I normally wouldn't have even felt it, but it landed at the perfect angle to pop the rib out again. It put me out of comission for several minutes, and my rib was worse off than when initially injured. Since than, I haven't done much other than some running. I've also been insanely busy and barely able to even think about going to the gym. I did some sprints yesterday and tweaked my right hamstring down low and toward the outside of the leg. From now on, sprints require a 20min minimum warmup. Every time I've hurt my hamstring, it's been done while sprinting. Today I got inthe gym and my rib supported me enough to get some work in in the short period of time I had.
