-Had what could be deemed as 'stress' day today...
-yesterday out report writing instructor hinted that we need a lot more stress in the academy to simulate real life and if he had one wish that would be it for making academy like life on the street...
-today our flag guide and officer of the day...had to do flag ceremony on his lunch for our senior class so he didnt check in during lunch with our staff as is required hourly....so he got push ups...rest of us got 50 more ...the ground was so hot from the sun half the people got blisters on their palms...i couldnt keep my hands on the ground for too long and had to stop and continue...then we got 1000 word memo for why someone left a paper air.pla.ne in class....why someone left their vest unsecured in class, ditto for chips/food...etc...and ofcourse one of our classmates decided to be a bitch and complain about using leather luster to shine our shoes because that person couldnt figure out how to go to the store, buy the shit, and do it...so now we gotta strip our shoes and do it 'old fashioned way'....which is impossible because that shit is next to impossible to get off...so 120$ for another pair of shoes that will only be used for next 3 months...i am speechless...I know the memo is just part of the game...but the fact that some1 couldnt man up about his 250 word memo which we all could do standing on our head and ratted us out is pure shit...previous classes went through whole academy using it with no issues....meh

-had 15 min of conditioning...which felt hard as the flu/cold is kicking my ass....

-50 jumping jacks
-30 thrusts(burpees with no jump)
-80 mountain climbers
-200-300 push ups...the quality of which would be laughable...

-learned 8/14 baton 'kata'...kinda cool...my forarms are still badly sore from wed when i decided to do baton strikes on my own for conditioning...meh..


got 10 K class run tomorrow....
