MARR made a great point. Its not what happens when an order goes right that defines customer service its when theres small problems that make someone want to come back.
And I think many people forget that they are dealing with custom work here which makes providing that kind of customer serivce even more difficult. I think Jeff did a great job for me and it seems like alot of others who have bought his porduct.
