your argument is that taking the editorialization of this manual, you suggest that we are ACTIVELY employing terrorists and running "false flag" operations. anyone with any military service in iraq can tell you that this is simply not the case.

But the fact of the matter is that the U.S. is involved in more covert operation than any other country on earth. I guess covert could be disputed because if the operations are actually covert, well then we probally dont know of them. One thing is for sure the U.S. has been involved in more operations or just plain old fashioned wars than any other country on earth...Russia is a close second.
