I thought The Break Up was garbage. I was wanting the cliche ending and I just felt empty walking out. I hoped for more. One of my favorite chick flicks has got to be 50 First Dates hands down. It may be my love for Drew Barrymore. I just loved that movie. I also own other movies of hers that I haven't watched. I just own them because she's in them. I've got an odd fascination w/ her.
I'm watching the NBC series Fear Itself now. It's like a low key version of the Masters of Horror show on Showtime. It's more thriller than it is horror, because it's on network television. It's interesting thus far. Each episode is it's own self contained 45 minute movie. I've learned once again by watching this episode that you shouldn't trust strangers you meet in the woods. It's interesting to see what Hollywood can do on a budget. It's billed as, "A television series broken down into 13 separate 60-minute films from premiere horror writers and directors."
I've still got to finish the Masters of Horror series. They're about to release season 2.
