Pitchers are so hot and cold throughout the season that I would not hesitate trading a tp notch pitcher for an offensive players who excelled in the stats I needed.
I am a fantasy god in rotisserie baseball. (I hope this is what you are playing) The strategy to incorporate in this type of league is to bring in the best offensive players and relievers (Saves) you can during the first 3/4 of the season. By the time the last 1/4 of the season rolls around, you constantly review the 'probable' list for pitchers pitching the next day and pick and choose ytour starters depending on matchups. You do this everyday until you reach your quota.
