Who ever cares
I'm brand new to the fight world... Actuall not in it yet, but want to be. Wanted to know where to really start. Had a jui jitsu class that I loved, found out quick how out of shape I'm in? Anybody has an sugestions on where to start with training? I want to be a muay thia striker with jui jitsu background? I'm 205 right now and I can't seem to get down to 190? Any feedback will help
