What you, your friend, and Matt did for your daughter is truly an inspiration.

EDIT: I also must comment on how amazing your daughter is to be able to teach herself how to sign. I doubt that I could even accomplish such a feat without an incredible amount of practice and study. proof that spirit transcends disability.
