It just makes scheduling training and working out a little tricky. Early morning or early evening is about it. A mid-day jog or something is risky.
And we tend to use evap coolers here in AZ cause it's so dry they actually work. But if there's any humidity in the air, they stop functioning correctly and it's just hot and humid then. My gyms (Judo, boxing, weight room) all use evap coolers, so...
