you have to duplicate the frames of the pic you want to add,for example:
in this gif i've made the red hat .jpg pic into a 80 frames long .gif and then i've added it to the gif, you have to move each frame of the inserted gif if your background is moving (like the pitbull), but if your background doesn't move you can lock them all in this way:
