waht is your specific problem? I have pretty much "trained" away the "stop training" pain, I had a busted meniscus and tears in the ACL/MCL or whatever they are called, that I didn't treat, so my problem was scartissue that hidnerd movement/caused pain and easily inflammed knee
I built up strength in my knee to compensate
