So 40% alcohol vodka has no potency? Do me a favor, go get yourself a .26 of Smirnoff and drink it all to yourself. Then report back on the night you had, or on what you remember from it. Alternatively, tequila or whiskey usually makes for a good ol' crazy time.
EDIT: Maybe you meant those Smirnoff coolers. In that case yeah, you probably wanna stay away from those if you don't want to be constantly harassed for drinking girly drinks. Any liquor will get you good and fucked up (e.g. Vodka, Whiskey, Rum Tequila, Bourbon, etc.). But if you're an inexperienced drinker, do not go for this. Shit has a tendency to creep up on you and if you don't know what you're doing you'll think "Hah! I'm superman! I've had three drinks and I feel totally sober! Time for some shots!" You'll keep feeling like that for about 20 minutes until the shit hits you and you'll be hugging a toilet seat for the rest of the night or making a complete ass out of yourself somewhere.
