No recipes, just principals of cooking, why food items react to heat the way they do, why certain things taste good together, so they don't have to follow insane recipes they don't have the skill to cook properly to begin with. So, if the just have a piece of meat, some fat, a veg, and some salt and pepper they can make a meal, that even I could be proud of, and still be healthy.
