So guys, I've been toying with this idea in my head that I think will be both helpful for others and good to have on my resume.

I want to write and article, well series of articles, targetting an athletes relationship with food. It seems so many swing wildly back and forth between Baconator binges and Anarkix gheyness. I want to show them a better way, but not through food porn. No recipes, just principals of cooking, why food items react to heat the way they do, why certain things taste good together, so they don't have to follow insane recipes they don't have the skill to cook properly to begin with. So, if the just have a piece of meat, some fat, a veg, and some salt and pepper they can make a meal, that even I could be proud of, and still be healthy.

What do you guys think? Any thoughts, ideas, or questions, post in my log or PM me, I gotta get to work. Thanks in advance.
