Ken pointed that out, that aside from Muay Thai elbows don't really do a lot of damage.
I mean common, how many fights have been stopped because of elbows to the ground? Not very many, and it does cause a lot of cuts which end up bothering fighters.
Ken's been around a long time, he's a legend in MMA and knows this sport better than anyone.
