Man I recently felt my functional strength getting worse. I think I might try lifting again. I haven't done it seriously since grade 9 haha. The thing is like I can't really do cleans or any squats or anything cause of my knee. But what can I do to get me ready for nationals? I think I might get a bungie cord and do like uchi komi or something?
