I'd be more than happy to ban elbows in favor of kneestrikes on the ground but saying that elbows causing little damage is simply asinine. fedor has never one-punch ko'd someone- by that logic, his punches don't do much damage.

I forgot to mention this previously: My main point when I posted on this thread was to say that Ken is actually a pretty cool guy that always has time for his fans. He is a decent guy and friendly to boot. He is an icon in mma and pancrase. that should not be discounted and all that...anywho, have a wonderful evening. Im hauling my old ass to bed.
