The last stoppage due to a cut caused by an elbow was Stevenson-Edwards at UFC 61 back in July of 2006. It's been nearly two years since the last time an elbow caused a fight-ending cut.

Also, you mentioned the Florian-Karalexis cut stoppage, but that one doesn't really count anyway since most people seem to be in favor of standing elbows. Both of Florian's cut stoppages (Leben & Karalexis) have come via standing Muay Thai elbows rather than the short ground & pound elbows that anti-elbow crowd loathes.
