Another question.
The gyms in my town are for bodybuilders who don't squat or deadlift. Can I take the barbell from the bench press and squat, deadlift with it?
Can I learn myself the right form for squat and deadlifting. Can just use a sherdog S&P forum weightlift workout and start doing it in the gym without trainers. Just learning myself the right form?

Yeah, you can use the same bar for deadlifts -- I'm assuming what you really mean is "can I take a bar out of a squat rack/power rack and use it for deads?" Again, the answer is yes, assuming there's no rule against it at your gym. For the sake of courtesy I would look around the gym and see if there's an unused bar lying around somewhere that you could use, so that you don't have to "occupy" a rack to do deads. Also, you might want to see if there's a little-used corner of the gym where you can do 'em, to minimize the chances that some inattentive goofball walks into you right as you lock out or something
Sure, you can teach yourself to squat and deadlift properly. It takes work, it takes attention to detail, it takes a willingness to go back to square 1 if you find you've been doing something wrong.
Using the S&P search function and watching videos posted here can help. Reading Mark Rippetoe's book "Starting Strength 2nd Edition" can help. Best thing to do is make videos of yourself lifting and post 'em here for critique.
Good luck.
