We'll just have to agree to disagree. You're points are coherent and logical, but I cannot accept that rational, adult human beings don't have a moral baseline inherent in our genetic makeup, or given by god, or whatever. Perhaps it is just me being too much of a pollyanna, but it's something I've given much thought to, and just cannot find another explanation that works for me.
