I'm not arguing that it wasn't an accepted practice among Roman Emperors of a certain era. I'm arguing that there is a difference between doing and accepting something as right or wrong. Unless you can go back or have evidence to suggest that these Emperors thought their behaviour was right or wrong it's a moot point.
Serial killers and rapists continue to kill and rape even though they know what they are doing is wrong.

WHY would they consider their livestyles wrong bisexuality was an accepted practice in imperial to them YOU would probably be immoral.
morality is subjective to the morals and different cultures of people.
There are many who would call the modern western society decadent and wrong.
What you consider right or wrong is not universal.
