no there is a handicap bathroom down the hall for that, you get the entire room and can lock the door obviously
I do have a bright idea with public washrooms though, play some music, no one whats to hear someone else making a stink in the bowl so make some noise. It beats having to wait for the other guy to leave or use the hand dryer or some shit.
