1) go to tinypic.com
2) where the box where it says "File" you want the destination of the image, in this case: C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\My Pictures\myspace\Picture1 007.jpg"
3) now click the "Upload Now" button right below.
4) wait for the image to upload, once it finishes uploading, it will show a small preview for you.
5) copy and paste the text on the second box on the left. paste that text here.
