A friend of mine who's a cop had a 12 minute foot chase the other day going after a guy armed with a machete. He told me that he ran after the guy for 12 minutes and then the found the dude face down on someone's front lawn gasping for air. He said he was also dead tired so he basically just fell on top of the guy and layed there until his backup arrived.
