I didn't start lifting a long time ago, and I began straight with reading this, so I guess I'm lucky. I really have to thank you about the advice on sleeping and eating more, before your treatise I was maybe sleeping 4h a night, and constantly trying to cut weight to remain in my judo category... now I just sleep as much as I can, and do not fear to face bigger opponents. So thank you, for what's worth my white belt advice!
