I've never been much of a cardio guy and most of the guys at my academy are strong wrestlers. So usually the worst people for me to go with are the big, strong, and full of cardio. I do like it sometimes though because I can work on technique. The worst people to go with though are people who smell terrible and who go out with the intent to kill.
