The biggest battle in my eyes is stopping people from taking the wrong path. Ethanol is insane and is purely driven by politics and propaganda. I quote a sherdog poster when I say a "windmill on every rooftop". The issue is changing the perception. In my neighbourhood windmills are illegal to have because they are eye-sores. If windmills were legal and a mass produced item, we could cut energy consumption substantially.

I agree that perhaps the biggest problem isn't technology but getting the mass of humanity to change direction and go the "right" way.
The good thing is it will happen eventually, the bad news is it will probably take a damn long time
