Random post, but it's somewhat related.
I recently discovered the real weakness of the spazz in my gym. He has a weak back and neck and dispite that he has 70 pounds on me he CANNOT regain posture once I broke him down. Unfortunately during our roll when I was trying to get revenge from him spazzing on my shoulder over a month ago (when he last did BJJ class), I was too tired to capitalize beyond breaking him down, getting rubber guard, and working an omaplata.
He also greatly enjoys a shitty stack with hands on my biceps in guard, but my armbar isn't great, any ideas on shutting him down?
