Look at each matchup individually. But, this cycle will resolve itself by this time next year. Wand will most likely fight Chuck one more time, and possibly Rampage. Or Chuck will fight Rampage at some point. If both guys win their perspective fights.
Lets wait and see, now there is no answer. Purely by record though, I'd say Chuck at this point.

Than shouldnt Rampage edge them both out a little bit? Since he>the one with the best resume?
