Do you not notice that other people, who have no religious affiliation, think abortion to be immoral also? I know its easy to class me as brainwashed as it takes the heat out of what I'm saying, but thats not gonna change the facts of the issue.

I believe without any religious background you could come to the conclusion abortion is evil. I don't think it should be outlawed, because it would happen anyway, in horrible, unsafe ways, and it would be unfair to girls that got raped and really had nothing to do with it, but I would never forgive myself if I got an abortion because I didn't want it to "ruin my life." I was mature enough to have sex, I better be mature enough to take care of the baby.
On a side note I decided I was going to get married. I had a good conversation with my brother, where we just talked about things and he basically convinced me that it was the right thing to do, and I agree. Seriously, there is no downside to it, because I know this girl is the one, and I know we will stay together forever. Now my family will have a better time accepting things, and my child will not be born out of wedlock. It is the utilitarian thing to do.
