Inherent and unlearned or unreflexive actions. Fixed action patterns and dispotitions in living organisms. Like quadraped mammals knowning how to walk and run from birth, or birds migritory patterns. Even baby birds know which way to fly seasonally. Human babies must learn how to walk and have no sense of direction.
