Cept one. You said the hours are pretty bad. So im guessing it wouldnt be ideal for someone who is training? Are there good chances of catching morning shifts so i can train 5-8 pm ?

all depends on the site and the company. if you are looking to make it just a job and not a career than by all means you certainly can. however if you are looking to make it a career you will be accused of being "hard to please" which is a bullshit term that is used for "people with lives" LOL
If you are looking to just make a job out of it, than goto a O&R company (observe and report) these are the guys who don't want you to get involved no matter what. you are there to only see stuff happen and report it to the client. these companies will hire pretty much everyone. I worked for one when I first started and we literally had a retarded man working for us.
Just tell them your availability and they will give you hours to accommodate it. However be warned that you will likely need 12 hours available 6 days a week. You can always refuse extra work but to guarantee you get brought on for your hours do this.
If you train at 5 tell them you need off at 4. They will likely give you a really shitty set of hours where you work 4 days a week going 4:00-16:00 or 24:00-08:00. Your best bet really if you can handle it is overnights. Get your training done when you wake up (if your a morning kind of guy) than goto work and relax. EVERY O&R site is shit so you will likely just sit there for your entire shift. Most of them are construction sites so bring a PSP or a DS or do like me and bring some books.
