Not much hazzle I guess, the moving part.
similar weather but I think you have it a bit worse with winters and all (also depoends alot on where you movei n Sweden, the southern part don't get much snow at all, an inch creates traffic chaos downthere the frekkin pussies
Countryside really cheap if you want to buy a place to live
Had several english speaking people when I studied english at the local uni.
More then half of the teachers at the english department where I went were english speakers
You have to have a teachers degree in english or similar (or teachning degree) not like Japan where it seems that high school kids can get english teacher jobs), for Uni definitly, you may get temp positions jsut based on your langauge skills but not more, the demand is slowly ebbing out I am afraid there is alotta fresh teachers now and many old retires but someone who is only going to work a year is maybe not so attractive
And the hot chicks isn't a myth, every exchange student I have meet has commented on it, possibly the highest average hawtness in the world
It isn't very exotic thou, unless you count midsumer, people in funnyclothes dancing around a huge wooden penis coverd in leaves
You won't learn a useable langauge, most people speak english adequate to hold normal conversations
