With that toolbox of throws, you could set up a good number of combos. From Ouchi Gari alone, you've got:
Ouchi -> Seoi
Ouchi -> Kouchi (and vice versa)
Ouchi -> Tai-O
Ouchi -> Osoto
As for breaking balance and setting up throws, you might want to read the following articles on kuzushi (as I'm not an expert on judo, just someone who does judo from time to time):
