The same retards who claim there's a police state in America would have a fit if this teacher physically removed the girl from her classroom and detained her in the principals office, or smacked her in the mouth like the girl probably deserved. I'm not willing to lose my job over a kid that's going nowhere fast in life, so I'm calling the cops, I'm letting them detain the little girl, and I'm letting her obviously inept parents deal with it.

This problem child doesn't get to cause a scene and raise hell to the detriment of the rest of the class. She's not special.

Lol, are you being satirical? Monster of a child? That teacher should have asked every other kid to leave the classroom and isolate the problem child, that would be an alternative way of dealing with the situation without placing a hand on the child, and it would have been effective. Calling the police inflames the situation, and you need to source your claim of her biting and scratching at the teacher, not that I find it unbelievable but you can't just claim that because you feel it's convenient for you to say.

That little girls lash out has nothing to do with the rest of her life, you have no idea of what her future will be like. Also, if the little girl was posing a health or safety risk to anybody, especially the other children, the teacher would have been justified to use physical force to remove her. There would have been an investigation, but if you can't handle that than you can't handle the job.
