She was arrested because she is a violent offender and had she not been handcuffed she could have wreaked unlimited amounts of havoc and possible injured or killed a police officer. Too bad they couldn't get 15 officers on the scene to really give her what she deserved.
Also, we don't know if she had a weapon or some kind of gang affiliation. __________________
