I'm with you, in that my wrist goes forward as well with this lock...(well at least when we practice it)

Wristlocks are no joke...you've got no time from when they're slapped on until your wrist feels like it's about to explode. We were working on them just last week, and just practicing them was painful....and even then you knew it was coming. Applied when your opponent is unprepared, could get ugly for him. Still a pretty cool weapon to have in the arsenal though.
