no no no no no... please do not get an iguana... yes they are people friendly but the industry is aweful and they get too big for most pet owners to handle...

instead consider a cornsnake or king snake... or if your set on a lizard bearded dragons are great... crested gecko's are pretty badass too.

i myself own a 3 yr old california kingsnake

a 1yr old red tail boa

and a baby red eared slider turtle
