You can't win with great CM's and poor wingers (or if you choose to play narrow then strikers) you need good players in every position.
And you never said anything about
age when saying about centre midfielders, if you mean young players who have come into a team and played as well as Fabregas then there would be less names for sure because that's a position where you need maturity. Fabregas is a very intelligent footballer so that was no problem for him.
Does the fact he started playing so early make him better than those who were playing regularly from there 20s though? Absolutely not.
