this man knows what he is talking about, in fact i was just informed that the armbar and triangle from the guard are no longer effective and are no longer taught in REAL schools. REAL schools now focus on the latest gogoplata entry in their beginner curriculum. So if you dont know atleast 5-6 different setups for a gogo and your above a 1 stripe white, you need to look elsewhere!!!  __________________
