im sure you could carve yourself a route that allows you to be around whenever she isnt with other dudes if you've been friends that long, shell be legit and tell you when shes into other guys but im sure you can still pick up the sexin as long as you dont get emotional when she is in the mood to date people, just accept what you get and let it go when it does because she will come back to you if youre good about it all, you just have to show that youre stable and can handle that and also wont go telling a bunch of people on the internet (well not so much on the internet but at least in real life)
