As for Freeman, in the build up to the event, I thought well Freeman will stand with Cahoon and get knocked silly. Closer to the fight I realized Freeman is a veteran of the sport, he's not some nobhead fighter that needs to "Prove" something by standing with a better striker. So I leaned toward him through ground control. It was a great performance from him and a touching post fight interview.
It's great to see the Machine back. Glad you had a good time my friend.

thanks mate.
Pointon the versatile welterweight shooto fightalike should have people sit up and take notice. Different fighter to the one everyone saw on tuf.
I rushed out the arena when the final bell to avoid missing the last train home, so I missed Ian's post fight interview completely!
Remember that noise a while back about him running a british IFL team back when they still had the regional team concept? Always thought it was a shame that didn't come to fruition.
War the Machine!
