Everywhere I've been they're up everyone's asses to contribute to UW & to use DD.
More than just "hey this may be a neat thing to do" they're into it like they (personally) get a piece of the savings or something.
I can't imagine these lowly lower-rung manager schlubs get anything.
They sure aren't so gung ho for the Muscular Dystrophy 5K run etc or for conserving office supplies/not blowing through thou$and$ in copier paper etc etc so it isn't just "company spirit."
Anyone have the same experience or know why they take it so personally that everyone get on board w/ the United Way & the direct deposit things?

Believe it or not....direct deposit is awesome. You usually get it at midnight the night before and no need to make a run to the bank. Plus, if you get paid on a Friday, and you want to take the weekend off and head out of town on Thursday....your money is in the bank. I just signed up for it a few weeks ago and now I wonder why I hadn't done it before.
