Any foreigners training in Japan, perhaps the Chiba area, at a K-1 affiliated gym?

I'm a newb here, if this has been touched on or is in the wrong spot, apologies, and go ahead and move it/delete it whatever.

I'll be heading to Chiba Japan soon and would like to enroll at a kickboxing gym. I'll be working towards getting an amateur card eventually and doing some fights. I've got a few years of formal stand up training, boxing/muay thai, sparring, etc., and I would like to take it to the next level and test my steel while I'm overseas teaching. I don't think at my age (27) I'm really primed to work towards going pro but I'd like to do something 'real' and do some amateur stuff.

I know the first time I was there I did some straight American boxing, and the requirement was 10 or 12 months of formal training before you could apply for an amateur card, so after working for my year contract and having to go home I wasn't able to do anything, not even an exhibition match.

What gyms can you recommend that are welcoming of foreigners (I speak some Japanese) in the Chiba city or Ichikawa area, and are properly affiliated and can help me work toward these goals? I plan on staying beyond a year this time.

thanks very much
