^^ yeah I have no problem admitting I know nothing about my diet.. Thats why I'm asking for help ;) Not sure wht that dude is pissed off at me I am very thankful for his advice on the diet and on the supplements.. I want to toss those supps in the trash if they are really hindering me from gaining weight..
