Yup listen to everyone on here there only doing it for your own good.
Yeah and DL and pull ups ftw. I use do back but never use work it as hard as chest and shoulder and now my shoulder pull my back slightly out of line which is a tad annoying. ( not hunch back and cant tell in tshirts but with top off can see the slight curve). So now i cant do any front shoulder work really while my the top of my back catches up and pulls them back into line. (Which luckily wont be too long).
The point im trying to make with my rambling is do lots of compound so you dont end up with annoying muscle imbalances.
And if you want to really do bicep curls tag them onto the end of a heavy ass backwork out. After pull ups, deads and rows you wont be able to do alot but you know your arms are properly worked.
