Ha ha I'm not giving you shit man. You asked me a question, I answered. I personally think you will benefit fine at this point from ANY dieting and physical activity. The thing is, you are taking a body building approach to your workout when it's probably not the most efficient way to reach your goals. People here are just trying to get you started on the most efficient routine possible.
You'll see perfectly fine resutls from any real dieting and exercise right now, so I wouldn't stress about the routine too much. Any good routine takes time and personal experimentation, so take your time.
