Upper body mobility training

I've spent most of my time training in Judo and wrestling and, being honest with myself, I find myself in trouble with stand-up fighters who bob and weave well. I'm strong and think on my feet well, but I really need to work on upper body mobility. What training techniques/exercises can anyone recommend for a 6'0" 240lbs. whose a bit heavy on his feet?
